Soaked Rajgira and Bajra in separate pot atleast 6 to 7 hours or whole night, when it soaked nicely,boil it separate pressure cooker with some salt, till it completely cooked.
Take moong and masoor dal in pressure cooker add some salt and boil it completely
When separate Rajgira, Bajra and dal completely cook and cool,mashed with hand beater
Boil water in a pan add soya granules in it and soaked it for half an hour
Now heat oil in a kadhai, add bay leaves, cinnamon stick and star anise after a minute add chopped onion in it, when onion is translucent in colour add ginger,garlic paste in it and stir it for a minute, now add termeric, coriander and red chilli powder in it and stir
Add roasted cumin and fennel powder in it,add chopped green chilli,curd,salt and mix well,now add some water in it and cook masala.
When masala cook add oats, mashed Rajgira,bajra and dal mixture and soya granules in masala and roast till pleasant smell comes, add some water in it to cook and make slurry mixture of it and cook it well.
When it comes to final stage add garam masala in it, cover the lid and switch off gas
Now for tempting,heat ghee in pan,add julien onion when onion brown, separate it from ghee,now add frozen peas when cracked add cumin, mustard,curry leaves and assefotida in it, when pleasant smell comes switch off gas and pour the tempting over the ready and hot veg khichda.
Now Veg Rajgira and Bajra khichda is ready to serve, serve the khichda with fresh coriander, pudina,lemon wedges and with brown onion, serve hot for more taste.
